First, let me say that, we are extremely pleased with our home. The site is excellent, with a great lot, nice views, and a very “secluded” feeling. Through out the building process, we were totally involved. Your help and cooperation in changing the floor plan, material selections, adding architectural elements, and working with us on the finishes made the process easy. Even though we were in Columbus, Ohio through most of the construction, your pictures and emails kept us totally informed. We love all the materials selected for our home, but we are especially pleased with the stone work, the wood floors, the doors, and windows. Everything was exceptional quality. It’s difficult for us to choose a favorite part of the house. We love the way it lives…when we entertain, our guests are always blown away by the family room. The fireplace, built in bookshelves, 18’ ceiling, and windows, make it the focal point of our home.
The overall quality of our house is outstanding. Everything from the insulation to the finished materials is top notch. It is certainly the best built home that I have owned. In every way that you could, you have stood behind your work. It has always been evident that you take great pride in everything you do. You have helped us repeatedly with any problems we have had, and give us good advice in any additions or improvements we’ve made. I wouldn’t build with anyone else. I’ve worked with many builders in the past, but no one with more integrity, concern, and sense of fairness.
